A three-bedroom, architect-designed home with a private terrace and outdoor seating, set within nine shared acres of gardens on the edge of Rowsley. Quirky, light, and just three miles from Chatsworth House. The cottage is let as a whole to one party at a time, never by the room.
Unlike anything else nearby: a genuinely architect-designed home, quirky in the best sense, with plenty of light and space for up to five guests. Can be booked alone or together with neighbouring Woodside Cottage.
A king size bedroom with en suite bathroom downstairs, and upstairs a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with the family bathroom. An unusual, light-filled layout with plenty of space to spread out.
A private terrace and outdoor seating area, amazing walks from the back door, and nine acres of shared gardens to explore. Chatsworth House is a three-mile walk or drive away.
The heated indoor pool is shared with just one other cottage, Woodside, on a rota. Every stay includes two daily Private Pool Hours slots, a two-hour window each morning and afternoon, confirmed in your booking, when the pool is entirely yours. Open all year round.
Up to 5 guests. King size double with en suite, plus a twin and a single upstairs.
Plenty of parking on site. Sorry, no dogs at the Rowsley cottages; Swallow's Cottage welcomes one.
